Situated in Black Rhino Private Game Reserve, Dzombo has been carefully designed to connect with the past and reach into the future. While the outside resembles the huts of an ancient African village, the inside puts you firmly in the 21st century.
Accommodation
There are five rooms at Dzombo. The Premier Suites have outdoor bathtubs and the Executive suites have outdoor wood-fired Kolkol hot tubs.
Activities
As a guest at Dzombo, you can opt for included game drives and birding as well as yoga sessions, spa treatments and nature walks (all extra cost).
Location
Dzombo Lodge is in Black Rhino Private Game Reserve, an exclusive area of Pilanesberg National Park in South Africa. Only guests can enter Black Rhino and no self-driving is permitted.
Directions:
Take the N4 out of Johannesburg and turn off onto the R556 towards Sun City. Pass Sun City and continue until you can take a right turn onto the R565. Follow this road for 28km / 17mi until you get to the gate of the Black Rhino Reserve. Check in at the gate to arrange your pickup.
