When can you expect a response?
We endeavour to respond to all enquiries within 2 to 6 hours, during our office hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, South African Standard Time (GMT +2). Enquiries that are received on weekends will be answered first thing on Monday morning. Enquiries received on a public holiday will be answer the following day.
